blogs help me see art

blogs help me see art
today I spilled some coffee
on the counter
as first I thought
I was clumsy
and then I saw
a painting
in the pattern

It amazes me how posts by more people than I could name here – I would not want to fail to mention someone – teach me to see art everywhere. For now, words are my art, yet who knows what the future may hold? I notice how artists sometimes change forms as one gift rests, or as they grow older.

Thank you

poems and photo

new art
raindrops on hosta flowers
almost in bloom

renewal
red begonia planter
on ash tree stump

seasons repeat
we tell the stories
we are given

growing older
daylilies in bloom
everywhere these days

simple meal
with grace, joy
and love
