All other photos are by Karl.

The pink roses frame and picture of the sheep in winter are courtesy of antiqueclipart.com.

The poem about turning the vase of flowers was published in Bell’s Letters Poet.  This poem seems to encourage people who are finding happiness in new life chapters after a major change.  I am grateful.

The poem about the Christmas candle was published in Hermitage and The Writers’ Bistro.

The previous owners of our home planted a wonderful perennial garden that continues to delight many years later.  The poem about smelling the mint while shoveling snow was published in Time of Singing.

Karl took the pictures that begin and end this post last winter at Kohler-Andrae State Park in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
