I’ve been feeling a little tired and the formula is simple: rest, trust, slow down.
All is well, and I pray for the same for you.
Blessings, Ellen
Beautiful sacred words and, indeed, a perfect formula for recovery. Hope you are feeling better.
Dear Diane, Thank you for your beautiful words as well. I am feeling better–revised my schedule with kind support. Blessings, Ellen
This is why, no matter how busy at work I am, I try to go play disc golf at lunch. I get to be outside, in the sunshine and fresh air (but also sometimes the rain and wind), and refresh, challenge myself, and get away.
this is a great reminder.
Good morning, Thank you. I had not heard of disc golf. I hope to get back to my walks outside soon. Lots of ice here on the beach and country roads. Blessings, Ellen
