This poem is a re-post from 2/15/2010 with one change: the word artists instead of poets is in this version.
As is true of all our blogs, people visit from many places. Some are especially good at photography, others are painters. Some like to watch birds and some are more drawn to flowers. Many different kinds of writers–poetry, fiction, memoirs, inspirational essays, science essays, writing of software, teaching, caregiving, editing the work of others, and the list goes on!

I like this, Ellen! And I like that you’ve changed the word to ‘artists’. It is amazing, yes, as latebloomerbuds commented, how much talent there is in this world. Today a friend remarked that being human means being creative in some way.
